用按摩來減輕腳痛及背痛

背痛原因之一是緊繃的肌肉。
腳痛原因之一是因坐骨神經被梨狀肌所壓迫,而坐骨神經痛可藉肌腱及筋的伸張及按摩,得以舒緩。

(一) 按摩大腿正面:利用手臂及身體的重量按摩用兩手掌亦可每腳五分鐘這部分在以下影片中1:05開始 

(二) 按摩大腿背面:也可坐著將腿抬起靠在較高的物品上按摩這部分在以下影片中3:26開始

(三) 按摩腹部雙手用力按腹部按摩到深處坐骨和股骨相接處的肌腱。腹部兩側都要按摩這部分在以下影片中從2:05開始

Pineapple Guava

We have a guava tree in our patio. It fruits a lot every year.


These are the pictures of our guavas, medium size.

Outside our back patio, a friend told us there was a pineapple guava.
We ate a lot of the fruit last year and this year. This is the one still remains on the tree. We didn't pick the fruit from the tree. We picked up from the ground. The fruit was so small last year, 3 cm, falling all over under the tree. This year we water it and it grows to around 5 cm long. It smells so good and eats delicious, too.
