林志宣-台灣(民)政府秘書長- 於2013年四月初宣布不支持在美國宣布台灣政府成立後 ，台灣(民)政府已成為躲在台灣、無足輕重的一個組織。

台灣(民)政府一些有識成員按既定步驟于2013/4/25在美華盛頓DC召開記者會宣布台灣政府成立。

2013/4/29台灣(民)政府的這些有識成員另在美國成立(美國)台灣政府，以擺脫台灣流亡政府及中國之破壞，循法理以尋求有台灣佔領權美國之支援、為結束在台中華民國流亡政府而繼續奮鬥。

(美國)台灣政府在華盛頓DC有專人與美國務院密切聯絡 ，一步步提出要求 ，爭取美國踏出腳步。

(美國)台灣政府之台灣分部於2013/8/17成立 ，並開始開辦訓練班。
